Here's the bag.....
Just finished listing it on Etsy.

Now I know I said I was going to give the blog a little bit of attention tonight, but I have spent far too many hours in front of the computer today, catching up on e-mails ordering new Moo cards and other bits and bobs. Instead I am going to concentrate on my Gocco design for the swap over at cloth.paper.string, I signed up and then I got a little scared, but now I have an idea for a design, I just need to work on it a bit. I only have one screen left at the moment, so I can't muck it up!!
Here are some new things I've been making, I bought myself a macro lense, so I've been playing with the camera. It make's a huge difference to the pendant photographs. I managed to do some sewing last night. I made a little bag, which I'm really pleased with. I'm going to take some photographs of it a bit later, so I'll try and get them on here later today.

This evening I'm going to try and update the blog a little, adding new links and stuff. If you are a felting blogger, and I've not listed you yet, please get in touch.

Here's my latest necklace to go into the Etsy shop. I made the beads a while ago and they've been lying around waiting to be made into a necklace, figured I better get it finished and into the shop before I miss Valentine's day. I have so many more things to list but the poor weather and light is really hampering attempts, roll on spring!! I am also more fussy about my photographs than I used to be, which is good I suppose, but I have things I made before Christmas which I just can't capture well, and it's driving me nuts.

Way back before Christmas I held a Nuno felted scarf workshop. Here are some of the pieces produced by the students, better late than never!!

Just landed myself an Etsy treasury, I love doing them, go see before it ends!

Here are some more necklaces I managed to finish, they're waiting to go on Etsy but I can't seem to capture them on camera. It's so hard with small items, they just look a bit lost some how. I haven't worked out the best way to display them yet.

Well I finally got round to making a header for the blog, what do you think? I've also changed my etsy header so they match. It seems the consensus was to ditch the housework in favour of crafting, and I'm not one to argue. I did manage to load the washing machine but the rest of the afternoon was spent crafting without interruption, bliss. Here's a necklace I finished, I'm keeping this one for myself as it's one of my favourite colours at the moment.

I just listed some new necklaces on etsy, they're a new design I'm trying out, I've got quite a few more half finished. I'm thinking about making them into little kits.

Last day of the school holidays today!! Unfortunately I put my name down to do a pre-school duty on Monday morning. So I'll have wait until Tuesday afternoon to have a bit of time to myself, now what will I do? Housework or crafts, housework....or crafts.......

!!!!!!!!!!HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!

Hi there, hope you all had a good Christmas. We had a great one, lots of traveling, visiting family and friends, but now we're back home and life is slowing down again, phew, I'm glad it's only once a year. I've not done much crafting over the festive season, but I did make this felt monster for my little boy. I'm hoping it is more of hit than the monkey I made last year, he really didn't like that at all. So far the monster has not been rejected, but at the same time it's not become an instant favourite, oh well, I tried!

I have been having major problems taking decent photographs since winter descended upon us, even with my light tent gadget. It's very frustrating as I've had things to list on etsy for a while, but I just can't get the shots right, and with etsy it is so important to get good pictures that grab people's attention. Fortunately one of my Christmas presents from DH was a tripod, so I have dug out my camera manual and have been playing this afternoon with shutter speeds and apertures, hopefully I'll be getting the new stuff in the shop soon. I also received a years subscription to Selvedge, aren't I a lucky girl. The first one arrived yesterday, but I've not had time to read it yet, I might save it for when the kids are back to school/pre-school so I can read without distraction.
